• If you made an online purchase, you have 7 days within receiving your items to make a return for unworn merchandise with all original packaging attached. 
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

FAILURE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES

If our courier service can not reach you, or you refuse to pay customs or import fees upon delivery, the following will apply:

• You will be charged the estimated import tax, and a restructuring/restocking fee of AED 100.
• These charges will be processed via your original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for the original order amount, and we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages due to refusal of customs clearance.
