Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Domestic and International shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping fee will be equal to the original shipping cost paid at checkout.

We’re proud to ship worldwide so you can rep Sandie no matter where you tee it up. Please read the following policy before placing an International order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UAE

All orders ship from our HQ in the United Arab Emirates using trusted courier services with tracking. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & IMPORT TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient.

  • Sandie Golf does not collect or estimate customs charges in advance.
  • Fees vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details.
  • Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAILURE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES

If our courier service can not reach you, or you refuse to pay customs or import fees upon delivery, the following will apply:

  • You will be charged the the estimated import tax, and a restructuring/restocking fee of AED 100.
  • These charges will be processed via your original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for the original order amount, and we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages due to refusal of customs clearance.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

While we ship promptly, international deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections or clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an international order with Sandie Golf, you agree to the following:

  1. You’re responsible for all customs/import fees required by your country.
  2. You understand customs delays may affect your delivery timeline.
  3. If you refuse or fail to pay import duties, your card will be automatically charged for the import fees and an AED 100 restocking fee.
  4. Sandie Golf is not liable for any additional customs-related costs or delays once your order ships.
