FAILURE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES

If our courier service can not reach you, or you refuse to pay customs or import fees upon delivery, the following will apply:

• You will be charged the estimated import tax, and a restructuring/restocking fee of AED 100.
• These charges will be processed via your original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for the original order amount, and we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages due to refusal of customs clearance.
